WHERE ARE THE STALL LOCATIONS?

The Standard Stall & Food / Coffee Stall locations are in Hoddle Street (plus 5 in Crown Street) and are shown in the map.

Please note: The School of Arts is closed for renovations in 2025

The Food / Coffee locations are marked specifically. Some of these have Burrawang Resident electricity available. Please ensure that it you require electricity you select a pre-arranged location.

The Alcoholic Beverage stall locations are all in Crown Street, aka “wine alley”. Please refer to the Crown Street map for locations.

HOW DO I BOOK A STALL SPACE?

Please read the guide on How to Book a Stall. You will need to have the following information at hand to complete the booking process.

  • Business name

  • ABN

  • Full Name & Contact Details

  • Social Media addresses

  • Details of products & services to be sold

  • Dimensions and details of your stall requirements

  • Credit Card details

The process to book a stall space is as follows;

i) view the street map for locations

ii) select your stall type, e.g. Food / Coffee, Standard Stall, Alcoholic Beverage

iii) select your location from the available list or you can have the Easter Market Committee allocate your location.

iv) add to your cart and complete the online form with your details, including agreement to the terms & conditions. If you require more than 1 space (>6m wide), select an adjacent location and add to your shopping cart.

v) after you have completed the form details, select the “shopping cart” on your browser to take you to the payment page.

vi) pay for your booking using your credit card. You will receive a receipt to your nominated email address.

vii) please email documents for the required public liability insurance and food authority (if required) with a reference to the receipt number given to you in the previous step vi).

WHAT DOES A STALL SPACE COST?

The stall holder fees for the 2025 market have been kept at the 2024 price. All prices are GST Inclusive. If you wish to select your preferred location, there is an additional fee of $50. This is in addition to the prices below.

  • Standard Street stall spaces $300

  • Alcoholic Beverage stall spaces $350

  • Food / Coffee stall spaces $350 (plus, if applicable, a $25 electricity subsidy which goes directly to the local Burrawang home owner from whom you are accessing their electricity)
