Stall Holders Information

WHAT TIME CAN I SET UP?

Set up is from 5:00am to 7:30am on Easter Saturday.

Stall holders will not have vehicle access to stalls from 7:30am until after the market closes at 3pm. Any stall holder who has not entered the market area by 7:30am will be turned back and stall fees are not refundable.

CAN I PARK NEARBY?

Stall holder parking is available. All stall holders will be sent information about where to park closer to the date.

WHERE ARE THE STALL LOCATIONS?

The Standard Stall & Food / Coffee Stall locations are in Hoddle Street (plus Crown Street). Some locations have Burrawang Resident electricity available.

The Alcoholic Beverage stall locations are all in Crown Street, aka “wine alley”.

HOW BIG ARE THE STALL SPACES?

Stall spaces are all approximately 4m wide x 4m deep.

If you require a stall space > 4m wide, a second stall location is payable. There are NO exceptions to this rule as it is an inconvenience to other stallholders if you arrive on the day and you do NOT fit in the standard space allocated.

Stall holders must set up within the allocated stall space. The market location is primarily in Hoddle Street and has many trees that will limit the height of any stalls. Contact us if you require more information. Our Terms & Conditions for the 2025 market is available. This may change as we approach 2026.

CAN I GET A POWERED SITE?

Powered sites are available at the discretion of the market organisers and permission from specific residents. An electricity subsidy will be payable.

If you are bringing your own generator, the market prefers Inverter style generators with a noise level of 50-60dB. This is based on participant feedback and as a courtesy to all market attendees. Organisers reserve the right to decline a stallholder if they are not able to meet this requirement.

HOW MANY STALLS WILL THERE BE?

Please note that the organising committee may not be able to grant you a stall if your products are similar to existing stalls in order to maintain a healthy market mix. This is also the case with food and coffee as we only have limited number of such stalls on offer.

The organising committee has set a maximum of 205 stalls.
