• DO NOT book this stall if you are a Food/Coffee or Alcoholic Beverage vendor

All stalls will be in Hoddle Street. Each stall space is approx. 4m wide, 4m deep.

Locations are shown in the street map with NO coloured box around the stall #

Stall booking is $300 (if Committee allocates location)

No additional fee is charged if you elect to have the committee allocate a location.

A fee of $50 is applicable for the Select your own stall location, e.g “Stall 1, Stall 2, Stall 3, Stall 4, Stall 5, Stall XXX etc”. This is included in the price when added to your cart.

If stall space required is > 6m wide, please add an additional space to your order.

Stalls selling certain categories of products have been limited for 2025 based on strong visitor feedback that there were too many at the 2024 market. 

Bookings of stalls selling jewellery for 2025 have already reached the limit set; so no more stalls selling jewellery will be accepted. Please do not book a stall for 2025 if you intend to sell jewellery.

• Photocopy of current Public Liability cover for market trade MUST be provided by email to stalls@burrawangeastermarket.com

• Food stalls must provide NSW Dept of Health notification, confirmation by photocopy by email to stalls@burrawangeastermarket.com. It is free to apply on https://www.foodauthority.nsw.gov.au
